Why Color Play?

Two-color projects are so hot right now - but with so many gorgeous color options at your fingertips, how do you choose the ones that will make your heart (and your needles) sing?

As a knitter and designer with 10+ years experience in the yarn world, this is my favorite question: an opportunity to ask and wonder and play at the mysteries & magic of color.

So I invite you to join me as we jump feet-first into the world of color pairing!

In this workshop, we'll explore:

- a knitter-oriented guide to color theory
- ideas & inspiration from art, technique, and personal style
- hands-on swatching and discussion of color pairing
- feedback & ideas tailored to your unique color sense

You'll walk out of class with a swatch, a worksheet with handy tips and inspiration, and a metaphorical party hat and balloons surrounding your personal sense of color play. :D

As a long-time fan of Serial Knitters, I'm so excited for the opportunity to come meet you all and share an afternoon of color adventure together. It should be an awesome workshop - I hope to see you there!
